My favourite lunchtime options are soups, salads and leftovers - try and meal plan in advance (see meal plans - link) so you are choosing nourishing options to prevent the post-lunch energy slumps - rather than a Boots Meal Deal consisting of soggy sandwiches, crisps and a fizzy drink - this will wreak havoc with your weight management and energy levels.
